A seasoned IT Leader with 25 years of experience delivering and supporting data and analytics focused technology solutions. Working in data well before the Big Data Era, Claire has lived through the evolution from the data warehouse to data lakes, data streaming, cloud migration and the proliferation of AI.

At Excella, Claire currently leads all engineering and service capabilities, spanning 16 different technical disciplines and over 250 consultants. Reporting directly into the CTO, she works with thought leaders in Agile, DevOps, Data and Software Development to deliver impactful solutions that combine the best of technical design and execution.

Claire is passionate about practical solutions that deliver value early and use data thoughtfully - the goal is not the shiny new technology, it's solving the business problem with the best fit solution.
