She has led teams to implement end-to-end BI technology stacks governing multi-million dollar budgets aligned to their analytics strategy including change management, training, user adoption, cloud infrastructure, design thinking, and more. Her greatest joy is in helping others grow analytics adoption, align business involvement, and create sustainable processes. Heather applies her passion for delivering business intelligence and analytics programs, enabling winning teams and promoting minority leaders through her coaching solutions.
